  I can't express how impressive the staff here is! Over the years my mother has bought most of her jewelry here and has had many repairs done on her mothers jewelry. So this was the first place in my mind to try when I wanted a custom ring made for my girlfriend of 4 years and a separate gift of earrings made for her sister. I provided the sapphires, and the earrings they set them in came out great. I stopped back twice to figure out what design I wanted my stone to be set in for the ring. The gem has a lot of sentimental value as I found the raw mineral at the top of a mountain when I first started my career in geology and had it cut for an occasion like this. Leah, I believe was her name, went above and beyond and completely put me at ease as well as another gentleman there at the time. Fast forward ~8 months later and the ring took a beating (worn daily by my gf) and was damaged and was partially out of the setting (it was a raised setting). I knew it was a soft gem but when they told me resetting it might cause more harm(possibly chips/cracks) I wasn't sure what to do. Luckily one of the jewelers from the back came up and said he might be able to fix it and keep it in the setting. He had the gem in set and saved the gem+ring. Brittany who was helping us at the time was also pleasant and there's nowhere else I'd send people looking for jewelry or repairs.

  Donna was helpful & informational! I went in to have my watch repaired. While I was waiting, I wandered into the ring selection. Donna noticed my interest and showed me a rose gold diamond w/a cushion-cut ring!
