  Purchase only if you like to GAMBLE! The reason for the negative review is because of this businesses policy of no returns or exchanges. I purchased a refrigerator because mine stopped working, I didn't have cash for a new one and did not want to purchase on credit. Although they will try to fix a problem, if it can't be fixed you are out of luck. Spending almost $1000 on a appliance would be considered a good price only if it works correctly, and a lot to lose if it doesn't. Next time I need a appliance I will look for a business that offers money back if it isn't fixed or I am not satisfied. It was my fault not researching this before I bought it. Hopefully others will.
