  Worst experience I have ever had with customer rep. Treated me like I was a criminal for attempting to unlock my phone through sprint to switch over to T-Mobile. Supervisor was very short tempered continually telling me that unlocking a device is illegal for them to do but did not suggest anything else to resolve my issue. Ended up calling corporate and found out that there store was not a corporate store and I guess they can treat people like trash because of it, they also gave me suggestions to unlock my device which the rep through the phone was happy to give me. I suggest using the corporate store which is only a 3 min drive away in Millville. Will be noting my experience with BBB.
